Who can take part?
Companies, self-employed people and freelancers, as well as public authorities, schools and associations. The details are in our terms and conditions.
What does it cost to take part?
Nothing. There is no fee and no minimum spend.
How long does account approval take?
Usually within one working day (Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 German time). You get an email as soon as your account has been approved.
How does invoice purchase work?
Choose “Invoice” at checkout. From Business Pro upwards, we approve your order automatically: your licences arrive within a few minutes, even at weekends, within your invoice limit and provided you have no overdue invoice. On the Business and Business Plus tiers, we review the order (Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 German time). You pay within 14 days of approval, or within 30 days from Business Plus upwards; the bank details and payment reference are in the email.
What does the invoice limit mean?
The limit covers the total of your open, unpaid invoices incl. VAT. From Business Pro upwards, we approve invoice orders up to this limit automatically; on the Business and Business Plus tiers, we check every invoice order before approving it.
How do I reach the next tier?
Automatically: as soon as your paid purchases over the last 12 months (net) reach the next threshold, we upgrade your account within a day.
Will I see net prices?
Yes. Once your account is approved, the shop shows you all prices net, excl. VAT. You pay the gross amount; we show the VAT on the invoice.
I already have a customer account – what now?
Log in and click “Become a business customer now” here. You only add your company details and proof; your account with all your orders stays as it is.
Can I get a quote for larger quantities?
Yes. Use our quote request for this; we will prepare an individual quote for you.
Does the discount apply to all products?
For almost all of them. Microsoft 365 and antivirus are excluded. Office Home, Home & Student, Home & Business and Office for Mac get 5% at every tier.
