Your product key and download arrive free of charge by email and are stored in your customer account.

You receive the product key and download straight away by email, just as with a download purchase. The USB stick or DVD also arrives by post.

Immediately after online payment; for bank transfer (prepayment), once payment has been received; for invoice purchase, after approval (automatic within a few minutes from Business Pro, otherwise after our check Mon–Fri, 10 am–7 pm German time). This also applies to the product key and download for physical media. For delivery to Switzerland, import duties may apply, e.g. import VAT.

Pay online

Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Link, EPS, Przelewy24, TWINT and Revolut Pay. Your software arrives immediately after payment.

Bank transfer (prepayment)

You transfer the amount, and we deliver once payment has been received.

Invoice purchase for businesses

Software first, then pay: 14 days to pay, and 30 days for business customers from Business Plus. Or online with Billie: 30 days to pay, software immediately.

When will my software arrive?

  • Paid online (credit card, PayPal and others): straight after payment, within minutes.
  • Bank transfer (prepayment): as soon as your transfer has reached us.
  • Invoice purchase: after approval. From Business Pro, we approve automatically, within minutes and around the clock, within your invoice limit and with no overdue invoice. Otherwise we review orders Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 German time; orders placed at the weekend are reviewed on the next working day.
  • Installation media: product key and download by email as above; the USB stick or DVD follows by post in 1–3 working days (Germany) or 1–4 working days (Austria, Switzerland). If paid Mon–Fri by 11:00 German time, they are dispatched the same day.

Your product key and downloads are in the email for your order. With a customer account, you can always find them under “Product keys & downloads”.

Prices

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT; for installation media, delivery costs are added.

Frequently asked questions about delivery and payment

I haven't received an email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. With a customer account, you can find your product keys and downloads at any time under “Product keys & downloads”. If you pay by bank transfer (prepayment), the email arrives once your payment has been received; with invoice purchase, it arrives after approval. Still have questions? How long does delivery take?
Digital delivery takes a few minutes after online payment; with bank transfer (prepayment), it follows once your payment has been received; with invoice purchase, it follows after approval (automatically within a few minutes from Business Pro upwards, otherwise after our review Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 German time). For installation media, the product key and download also arrive by email, and the installation media follow within 1–3 working days (Germany) or 1–4 working days (Austria, Switzerland). If you pay by 11:00 German time Mon–Fri, the media are dispatched the same day.

How much does shipping cost?
Digital products: nothing. Installation media: €5.99 to Germany, €8.99 to Austria and €12.49 to Switzerland, once per order.

Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. We deliver digital products by email to every country you can select at checkout. We ship installation media to Germany, Austria and Switzerland; import charges may apply to deliveries to Switzerland.

Can I buy on invoice?
Yes, as a company. Select “Invoice” at checkout. From Business Pro, we approve your order automatically: your licences arrive within a few minutes, even at weekends, within your invoice limit and with no overdue invoices. Otherwise, we review the order (Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm German time). You pay within 14 days; as a business customer from Business Plus, within 30 days. Alternatively, companies can pay online with Billie within 30 days.

Why don’t I see all payment methods?
Which online payment methods appear depends on your country, currency and device; Apple Pay, for example, on Apple devices. “Invoice” is only shown to business customers.
