Ihre E-Mail vom 04.08.25
Ich hatte die Software bestellt und im Voraus bezahlt. Dann bekam ich eine E-mail mit einem Link. Nach anklicken öffnete sich ein Fenster und es wurde mir angezeigt, dass der Zahlungseingang überprüft werden müsse und die eine kurze Zeit dauern könnte. Als sich das Fenster nicht mehr schloss,gingen meine Überlegungen in Richtung Betrug. Es hätte ja auch sein können, dass sich hinter der Prüfung des Zahlungseingangs ein, von mir legalisiertes Abschöpfen der Computerdaten verbirgt. Also beendete ich hastig die Verbindung. Danach wollte ich über die Telefonnummer auf der Rechnung Kontakt aufnehmen und es nahm niemand ab. Also verdichtete sich mein Verdacht, denn auf meine erste E-Mail antwortete auch niemand. Also schrieb ich eine zweite E-Mail, in der ich meinen Unmut nochmal äußerte und meine Überlegung einer Anzeige mitteilte. Zunächst kam auch hier keine Antwort. Etwas beruhigter war ich dann, als sich beim zweiten Anruf, zwei Tage später, eine nette Dame meldete. Ich beschrieb ihr das Problem und sie konnte auch die E-mails finden. Daraufhin teilte sie mit, es werde alles sofort vom Support geklärt. Wieder kam keine Rückmeldung. Sie sollten sich hier mal in meine Situation versetzen, schließlich verdichtete sich zunehmend der verdacht des Betrugs bei mir und niemand meldete sich. Die Bestellung war am 29.06.25 und einen direkten Link zur Software, sowie den Produktkey erhielt ich dann am 14.07.25. Ach eine noch. Auf meine E-Mails kamen jeweils automatische Antworten in denen stand, dass sie sich innerhalb von 48 Stunden melden. Leider nie geschehen. Erst gegen Ende, als ich dann auch eine direkten Link erhielt, funktionierte auch die telefonische Kommunikation, die auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich war. So, ich denke die Problematik aus Sicht des Kunden deutlich und nachvollziehbar dargestellt zu haben und hoffe das sie damit etwas mehr anfangen können.
